Policies & Procedures
Payments: All payments are due before or at the time of your first scheduled visit. Invoices will be sent via email prior to service. Failure to pay invoice within 5 days from due date (weekends included), will result in a $10 late fee. Purrpawsfull Pet Care accepts: Cash, Check, Venmo, & payments directly through your Quickbooks Invoice.

Cancellations: Please notify Fallan directly as soon as possible of any cancellations/schedule changes. Please do not rely on team members to deliver your message. Failure to cancel service will result in the normal service fee. Any canceled visits will be credited to your account.

New Customer Consultations: New customers are required to set up an in-home consultation prior to service. A $25 consultation fee must be paid prior or at the time of the Consultation.

Key Pick Up & Drop Off: We ask for keys at the time of the consultation. Most people want us to keep the keys on file as part of our Ready key program. This ensures we have the key for future visits and avoids key pick up and drop off charges. Any keeps that need to be picked up and/or dropped off will be charged $10 per trip.

Last Minute Scheduling: We understand emergencies arise and in these situations we will do our best to accommodate requests. However, we cannot guarantee any service made less than 48 hours in advance.

Holiday Reservations: Due to the overwhelming demand of our holiday seasons, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be made in order to reserve your holiday dates. Unfortunately, if a cancellation occurs, it’s difficult to fill those appointments if we have already advertised we are booked.
**Holidays include: New Year's Eve & Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day.

Holiday Fees: In order to fairly compensate our staff for taking time away from their families on the holiday, an additional holiday fee of $5 per visit will be applied on all major holidays. All holiday fees go directly to your pet sitter or dog walker that has been assigned to your home.

Vacation Cancellations: Cancellations of reservations less than 21 days of the reservation start date will be charged an amount equal to 50% of the dates reserved.

Aggressive Animal Behavior: All Purrpawsfull Pet Care team members are trained in animal behavior and body language. This helps us understand your pet and provide the best care possible. If for some reason your pet displays aggression or behavior that deems unsafe to team members, you will be notified and service will be halted. It’s very important to disclose any behavioral issues your pet may have to your care provider. Purrpawsfull will not be held liable for any aggressive injury or damage caused by your pet.
